The DFG Emmy Noether Research Group “” at the IPK studies the mechanisms of barley stem growth and grain yield determination.
Your tasks :
- Morphological and anatomical analysis of stems in a diverse barley panel
- Planning, supervising and analyzing large-scale RNA-seq data
- Characterizing genes for barley stem growth and yield performance using GWAS and map-based cloning
- Presenting and publishing results in conferences and scientific journals
