The Bavarian Administrative Court is looking for the next possible date for a

IT specialist / administrative IT specialist (m / f / d) for the IT control center

The Bavarian Administrative Court, with its seat in Munich and external senates in Ansbach, is the highest administrative court in Bavaria and the court of appeal for the six Bavarian administrative courts.

The administrative jurisdiction ensures legal protection guaranteed by constitutional law and thus the legality of state action. It encompasses many professions and fields of activity and therefore offers a wide range of development opportunities.

The IT Control Center is responsible for the use and further development of electronic data processing at the Bavarian Administrative Court and the six administrative courts as well as the Bavarian State Prosecutor's Office.

Place of work :

Ansbach or Munich

Willingness to travel to support the locations of the administrative courts is required

Your main tasks :

Collaboration in the introduction and further development of the electronic court file, the specialist court applications and the components of electronic legal transactions

Coordinating the use of specialist applications in the Bavarian administrative courts from a technical perspective

Collaboration in the planning and coordination of changes in the organizational process with regard to the possibilities of the specialist applications and other technical components

Conception and implementation of technical test scenarios in coordination with the ICT departments

Collaboration in projects of the IT control center

Implementation of training courses in the Bavarian administrative jurisdiction, creation of didactic concepts and training documents as well as e-training courses

Participation in cross-state working groups and project teams for the further development of specialist court applications and IT infrastructure

Your qualification :

Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Diploma [FH or Berufsakademie]) as an administrative, business or computer scientist (m / f / d) or comparable courses of study in terms of content

Alternatively, successfully completed IT vocational training, e.g. as an IT specialist (m / f / d) with several years of relevant professional experience

We expect :

Sound knowledge of the Windows environment (client and server)

Basic knowledge of databases, Java application servers and S3 object storage

Knowledge of programming (Java, PowerShell) an advantage

Experience in IT project management

Commitment, organizational talent, communication skills, ability to work in a team and willingness to provide service

Ability to solve problems independently

Good powers of abstraction, results-oriented, independent and responsible working style

Willingness to travel on business

Good written and spoken German language skills (German language skills at least at level C1 / C2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages; see europaeischer-referenzrahmen.de / sprachniveau.php)

In the case of foreign educational qualifications, please send us the relevant proof of equivalence with a German qualification.
