The HRSpecialist d / f / m is at the heart of our German HROperations team. The role provides support to associates, manager,the global HR Team and several cross functions in related systems,processes and policies including onboarding and offboarding ofassociates and other programs covering the entire associate lifecycle.

Thisposition is part of the local HR Department in Germany located in Freiburg and Dreieich and will be on-siterole. It is atemporary role to cover maternity leave, with a duration of 12months, in full time or part time (30hours / weekminimum).

Whatyou’lldo :

Preparationof employment contracts, references andcertificates

Support of theHR department - e.g. in onboarding and recruitingprocesses

Participation inHR-related topics and in the continuous optimization, harmonizationand standardization of HRprocesses

GeneralAdministrativeTasks

Preparation ofpayroll

Whoyouare :

Youhave a proven track record of relevant experience with HR relatedtasks and knowledge of German employmentlaw

You are thriving in acollaborative and dynamic work environment in a global matrixstructure

You are confidentin handling of common software products (MS Office) and an employeemanagement system. (Knowledge of Workday would be anasset)

You are able to havea fluent conversation in German and Englishlanguage
