In this key role, you will deliver securityas a service to our operational sites across the end-to-end supplychain to protect our people and prevent loss. Key jobresponsibilities

• Support resilience of our business operations bycontributing to emergency and crisis planning for sites within yourarea of responsibility
• Contribute to the identification ofvulnerabilities (e.g., loss, associate experience, processimprovement) and define appropriate mitigating actions whileensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards
• Serve aspoint of contact for and coordinate measures to manage risk withlocal management and external stakeholder (e.g., law enforcementagencies and industry associations) on all security-related matters
• Ensure compliance of your assigned sites with Amazon globalsecurity standards
• Own Security and Loss Prevention-relatedprojects on the local, regional, and country level A day in thelife As a Loss Prevention Specialist, you will join a team ofSecurity and Loss Prevention professionals providing security as aservice to business customers across multiple business units withina dedicated geographical area. You perform regular physicalsecurity audits and investigate policy violations, security-relatedincidents, and loss events. During your investigations, you collectinformation by monitoring systems and tools, analysing datareports, and conducting interviews. Your findings contribute toidentifying vulnerabilities in our processes and you identify anddrive mitigating measures. You play a key role in maintaining thephysical integrity of our sites by auditing and monitoring thehealth status of our systems and, jointly with subject matterexperts and external suppliers, maintain their functionality.Furthermore, you identify and act upon initiatives improving ourphysical security infrastructure and contribute directly to thebudgetary planning for our external suppliers. You interact on adaily basis with our external security service providers to ensuredelivery of high-quality security services and a smooth customerexperience. Finally, you deliver loss prevention-related educationand awareness programs to other teams across all management levelsand manage the implementation of our Security and Loss Preventionplan. We do this by preventing security and lossprevention-related risks and vulnerabilities as early as possible,intervening in unfolding incidents to minimize any negative impactas well as thoroughly investigating security-related incidents toidentify and remove root causes, preventing re-occurrence.GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN
• A degree or degree equivalent
• Relevantsecurity- or risk-related experience (e.g., security services,asset protection, loss prevention, risk management, inventorymanagement, investigations, supply chain, auditing, compliance, orsimilar)
• Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite(Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
• Advancedproficiency in written and verbal German.
