Job Description

Primary Function of Position :

Contribute technical manufacturing and design skills to develop precision endoscopic instruments for minimally invasive robotic surgery, focusing on process development, validation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop, scale, and improve efficient "mid to high volume" manufacturing assembly processes, including : Introduce new process innovations and implement manufacturing fixtures and equipmentExecute tests to verify process stability and capabilitySupport design engineering in defining critical features for optimal manufacturabilityDevelop and validate robust assembly processes from prototype to serial production
• Identify and implement improvements in yield, cycle time, product reliability, and cost reduction
• Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and introduce corrective actions for non-conformances
• Ensure compliance with current QMS, DOPs, SOPs, and safety regulations
