ABOUT THIS ROLE

The role will drive data-informed decision making for Audible's Content Discovery product team, transforming complex data into actionable insights that enhance how listeners find their next great listen. The position involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and designers to optimize discovery experiences that delight our customers and grow our business. Using analytical expertise, the ideal candidate will measure success, identify opportunities, and help shape our content discovery strategy in an evolving audio landscape.

You're a natural collaborator who can translate technical findings into compelling narratives for diverse audiences.

As a Product Analytics Manager, you will...

• Process and analyze datasets to uncover insights that drive improvements to our content discovery experience
• Build and maintain dashboards that track key metrics across the discovery journey and product features
• Partner with product teams to define success metrics and design experiments that evaluate feature performance
• Communicate data insights clearly to cross-functional teams, from engineers to senior leadership
• Develop custom metrics and models that measure the effectiveness of discovery mechanisms
