We are looking for a highly motivated and inquisitive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our rapidly growing team. As an SDR, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base by identifying and engaging with potential clients. You will be responsible for generating high quality leads, initiating conversations with key decision makers and creating opportunities for our sales team. Working closely with our VP Sales, you will help position ai|coustics as a leading innovator in AI-powered audio enhancement solutions. Tasks You analyze customer needs, sell our innovative AI solutions, and assemble modules from the product portfolio. Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn campaigns to schedule meetings with key decision-makers You maintain and report on the sales pipeline in the CRM system Offer management (creating and tracking offers) You develop new sales strategies in a team and continuously optimize them in collaboration with your colleagues and the VP Sales. Monitor market trends and competitor developments in AI-driven audio technologies Requirements University degree in economics (Bachelor / Master) or comparable education Significant experience in B2B sales of software solutions Exceptionally strong communication skills in German and English to create real connections to our new clients, as well as a talent for negotiations Enthusiasm for innovative topics and technological trends in the field of AI and IT Proactive attitude, hands-on mentality, initiative, ability to work independently and strong negotiation skills Ideally experience with our CRM tool "Hubspot” Benefits Competitive Compensation : Enjoy a competitive salary package and additional benefits.
