What you`ll do : Summary :

As the Information Security Compliance Senior Specialist, you'll oversee audit fieldwork with external customer auditors and contribute to customer security audits in collaboration with SAP's various lines of business. You'll communicate project status effectively to senior management and stakeholders, share your knowledge and experience with your team, and help document and mitigate any identified findings and potential risks. The Role :

• Lead audit fieldwork with external customer auditors using appropriate auditing methods while leveraging existing documentation (ie Standard, procedures, Walkthrough decks, etc.) evidence and / or obtain new documentation to meet customer demands.
• Clearly communicate project status and results with senior management, project team, and stakeholders. Develop clear communication channels and direction among cross-functional teams.
• Assist with continuous evaluation and upgrading of operational policies, procedures and best customer auditing practices.
• Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging risks to inform audit planning and execution.
• Work with SAP lines of business to implement and remediated recommended solutions for mitigation and improvement.

We coordinate and support post-sales customer audits and assessments that need to be conducted by SAP at the request of customers for SAP Cloud Services. The Audit Team advocates on behalf of our external customers providing them the right level of assurance in cases where these parties invoke their "Right to Audit" SAP Products & Services. We embrace a global mindset and act as bridge between the customer, Account Executive, involved Lines of Business (LoBs), central service providers, and SGS experts for Customer Security Audit-related activities.
