FUND ACCOUNTANT (M / F)

Your missions

Under the supervision of the team manager,

Manage a portfolio of clients, handling periodic and year-end financial closings, including financial statements and regulatory reports.

Prepare Corporate Tax returns, VAT returns, and subscription tax returns.

Participate in the Net Asset Value (NAV) production process, covering various financial and accounting tasks.

Address inquiries from auditors, clients, and tax authorities, and resolve internal accounting issues.

Work with a diverse range of clients, including those in the private equity and real estate sectors within the fund industry.

Update the Investor register and capital table.

Report on client needs and demands.

Familiarity with CSSF, AIFMD, and BCL reporting is an advantage.

Requirements

Diploma in Accounting, Audit, or Finance

2-3 years of professional experience in the Fund industry, including roles in audit firms or similar positions

Experience in NAV calculations and production

Familiarity with Luxembourg GAAP

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team

Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative

Organized and methodical, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
