StellenbeschreibungHave an overview about Internal Control and Compliance priorities in the entities of Airbus Provide support and guidance for process owners in Finance Track deficiencies in the group Coordinate on-site review planning, incl. core entities to be checked, timelines, responsibilities etc. and write internal reports. This work will be cross functional and cross division Ensure through interviews and tests that internal rules, regulations and standards are effectively applied and that the local Top Management manages risks adequately Formulate recommendations of Internal Controls improvement and advise on the establishment of roadmaps and concrete action plans and deadlines to local Heads of Finance departments Support the finance departments in the monitoring and progress of action plans related to internal financial control improvement recommendations (coming from Checks or from internal or external audits) Prepare and provide inputs for regular high-level management meetings Completed studies in Business Administration, Finance or comparable Several years of work experience in conducting audits of Finance processes and controls gained either through Internal Audit work for a large organisation or External Audit work with a large Audit firm or a large experience in the accounting and treasury departments are required Good technical understanding of business processes and internal accounting and financial control requirements Ability to assess effectiveness of accounting and financial controls based on experience gained Good knowledge in MS-Office Fluent German and English skills both spoken and written internally or with internal or external audit Able to travel within Airbus Home countries
