We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and creative Internal Communications Officer to join our dynamic team at Anchor. If you’re someone who thrives on creating communications that truly resonate and engage, we want to hear from you! This is your chance to play a key role in shaping the experience for our colleagues in the Care sector and have a lasting impact in an incredibly rewarding industry.
What does it mean to be an Internal Communications Officer at Anchor?
- Communication Campaigns : You’ll take the lead on exciting projects, managing all aspects of communication campaigns across internal channels that captivate and inspire our colleagues.
- Create Impactful Content : Develop compelling content across multiple channels, with the opportunity to engage audiences and make a meaningful impact.
- Reporting and Feedback : You’ll monitor and evaluate communication strategies, gathering feedback to continuously improve the way we engage with our colleagues.
- Event Support : You’ll help create exciting events at Anchor! Such as Leaders Live, Chef of the Year and our annual care conference, ensuring everything runs smoothly and providing an unforgettable experience.
