The position is available full-time - almostfully remote, hybrid or at our locations in Fulda (Germany) andHasselt (Belgium).In return, we offer youThe opportunity to take onresponsibility in a dynamically growing company and actively shapethe development of the Group.Structured onboarding, targetedtraining and individual development opportunities.A high degree ofcreative and decision-making freedom with plenty of room forinnovative approaches.Flat hierarchies, short communicationchannels and an exciting job in an internationalenvironment.Flexible working hours, home office options and a goodwork-life balance.An attractive remuneration package withadditional benefits.Your RoleYou will be a key part of the FinanceLeadership Team and work closely with the CFO and the business unitfinance team leaders to further develop the Proemion Group financeorganization.You will build the Financial Planning & Analysis(FP&A) function for the holding company and optimize themonthly board, management and bank reporting.You ensure theavailability of up-to-date financial data for all business unitsand take automated reporting in LucaNet to the next level.You willdevelop system-supported scenario planning and create financialforecasts, taking into account sales forecasts and planningscenarios.You work together with the finance teams of the businessunits to continuously optimize the close process.You coordinate thebudget planning of the business units and are responsible forbudget preparation for the entire Group.You take over the FP&Aresponsibility for future acquisitions and support the pre- andpost-close process.You will prepare detailed analyses and reportson financial and non-financial performance indicators and supportcross-functional teams with fact-based, strategic decisions.You areour internal expert for reporting tools (especially LucaNet) andsupport the introduction of new solutions as required.You usebusiness intelligence tools to enable data-based decisions andimprove performance and improve performance.Your SkillsA degree(B.Sc., M.Sc., MBA) in finance and accounting, economics or arelated field.5-10 years of experience in FP&A or controllingin an international company, ideally in the technologyindustry.Strong analytical skills and a strong understanding ofcomplex financial structures.A "can-do" and "hands-on" mentalityand excellent interpersonal skills.Very good written and spokenGerman and English.Sound knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel,as well as experience with planning tools and cloud-basedtechnologies.Experience with ERP systems; knowledge of big datamanagement and BI tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) is anadvantage.About ProemionProemion is a fast-growing company group inthe field of industrial analytics software.
