Application :

Tasks included but are not limited to :

Directly responsible to the Head of Documentation Department
Collaboration in setting up a structured archive landscape (digital paper)
Archiving of different documenttypes (digitization of documents archiving of paper documents)
Distribution of internal documents to the suppliers
Purchasing archiving distributing (internal) and monitoring the uptodateness of external standards.

Possibly :

Process and procedure document creation or revisioning

Update or creation of Quality documentation (e.g. configuration control and management)

Training and collaboration as an internal auditor possible

Necessary qualifications :

Commercial training is an advantage

Good knowledge of German and English (bilingual documents)

Good knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel)

Experience and knowledge in aviation is an advantage

Experience with archiving would be desirable
