StellenbeschreibungYou have an engineering degree or equivalent professional education, coupled with several years of experience in quality management. Business-level proficiency in German & English. Mastery of common methods such as APQP, QDAS, FMEA, PLP, MSA, SPC, with preferably VDA 6.3 Auditor experience. Familiarity with standards such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949. Your assertiveness, combined with your problem-solving skills, sets you apart.

- Analysis and Reporting : You are the expert in quality metrics and process capabilities, delivering meaningful reports and ensuring transparency in our quality assurance.
- Internal Audits : Conducting internal audits to ensure that our processes meet the highest quality standards.
- Complaints Management : Take responsibility for handling customer and supplier complaints using the established 8D methodology.
- Process Optimization : Shape the future by continuously developing and efficiently structuring quality-relevant processes and guidelines.
- Efficient Structuring : In the testing and production environment, ensure efficient structuring and design of quality processes and workflows.
- Methodological Expertise : Bring your experience in creating FMEA, MSA, SPC, and PLP, applying innovative problem-solving methodologies.
