Your tasks :

  • Quality-related product support from project start to end of cycle.
  • Design of QVP within the PEP ( Effizienter Produktentstehungsprozess ) according to APQP, VDA or customer specifications.
  • Managing the PPAP process and presenting it in accordance with the project schedule in coordination with the customer.
  • Implementation of initial sampling (PPAP).
  • Participation in internal and supplier audits.
  • Initiation of appropriate corrective measures.
  • Quality support for the project team.

Your profil :

  • Degree in electrical engineering , mechatronics , mechanical engineering or industrial engineering
  • Team player with assertiveness
  • Experience in the field of electromechanical systems is desirable.
  • Further training as a VDA 6.3 auditor is an advantage.
  • Professional experience in QM / QVP processes in the automotive environment
  • Reliable knowledge of QM methods (APQP, PPAP, PPF, FMEA, Q- statistics , 5-Why, Ishikawa )
  • Knowledge of complaints management (8D reports )
  • Reliable user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Very good written and spoken English (at least B2 level !)
  • Willingness to travel ( national / international )
  • Alternatively , a completed technical apprenticeship with further training as a technicia
  • In-depth knowledge of standards in the relevant area (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
