Role Overview : Web Developer

As a Web Developer , you will play a key role in digitalizing production processes and optimizing the company’s IT infrastructure. This position offers a high degree of autonomy , allowing you to take ownership of projects that directly impact efficiency and user experience .

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements :

SQL expertise (Most Important Skill)

1-2 years of experience in full-stack web development

Strong skills in PHP, Java, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and MySQL

Basic system administration knowledge

Fluency in German (B2 or higher)

Proactive & self-motivated problem solver

Open-mindedness to learn new technologies

Nice-to-Have Skills :

Experience in production IT or digital process optimization

Strong analytical & structured thinking skills

Reports to : IT Lead.

Daily collaboration with : Production Team (to improve digital workflows).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :

Successful implementation of digital solutions for production optimization.

Efficient problem-solving & IT support for employees.

Improvements in production control & user experience .
