Valeos VIE Program?

The Valeo VIE Program is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28. This program is to work for one of our subsidiaries around the world!

Our department is looking for a VIE Digitalization Production System Engineer for 12 months within the team to support the development of the future of the factory. There are 3 types of industries : electronics, plastic injection & final assembly. It is a great opportunity to perform and learn!

Your challenges?

You are responsible of development and implementation of industry 4.0 tools

You participate in production efficiency improvement

You support in lean manufacturing standard implementation

You manage digitalization in production, implementation of automatic indicators

You handle  digital document management and manage production planning

You do the implementation part on standard tools

You participation in improvement projects, series management, and training at the production level

Lets talk about you

You are graduated from a Engineering degree with an industrial background

Ideally, you already have experience in production, industrial field

Ideally, you have an experience in digitalization

You have some knowledge on VBA Excel programmation, Java programming is a plus

You have a fluent level of English

Intermediate German is recommended / appreciated, or you have an interest to learn German

You have good communication skills, have an international mindset and are open-minded to new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

You are humble, listening, positive attitude oriented, professional, and have the sense of diplomacy
