The Role

We are seeking a passionate and visionary Group Practice Leader for Cloud to drive the strategic growth of our Cloud business in Germany. As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee the full spectrum of Cloud services, encompassing both Managed Services and Advisory & Implementation Consulting . This pivotal role will focus on expanding our market presence, optimizing our service offerings, and enhancing the overall delivery of Cloud solutions.

Key responsibilities include :

Strategic Leadership : Shape and execute the Cloud business strategy to achieve growth targets and market leadership.

Go-to-Market Strategy : Develop and implement effective go-to-market approaches to ensure strong positioning of our Cloud services in the German market.

Portfolio Management : Drive the development and evolution of our Cloud service offerings to align with customer needs and industry trends.

Practice Development : Lead the growth of the consulting practice, including capability development, service innovation, and thought leadership.

Talent Acquisition & Development : Oversee the hiring, mentoring, and career development of top Cloud talent to build a high-performing consulting team.

Sales Enablement : Collaborate closely with sales teams to support deal pursuits, client engagements, and revenue growth.

Client Engagement : Act as a trusted advisor to key clients, providing strategic guidance and fostering long-term relationships.

Ecosystem Expansion : Build and strengthen partnerships with cloud technology providers, industry alliances, and other stakeholders.

Operational Excellence : Ensure successful delivery of Cloud projects by fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :

10+ years of experience in leading Cloud practices, managing large teams, and driving business growth in a professional services environment.

In-depth understanding of Cloud technologies, platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

Strong experience in sales and business development within Cloud services, including pre-sales, deal structuring, and contract negotiations.

Solid experience in Cloud advisory and implementation consulting, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Ability to craft and implement forward-thinking strategies to differentiate our Cloud offerings in the competitive landscape.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders, clients, and partners at all levels.

Deep understanding of the German Cloud market, industry trends, and regulatory landscape.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus
