In this role you report to the Head of Plansee Group Information Security and serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for business units and Group IT on information security issues.

Your tasks :

Analyze and design technical cybersecurity measures and strategies in various security disciplines such as identity and data protection, network security, client and server security, cloud security, interface security, security monitoring, security audit and compliance, IoT OT security, etc.

Provide security architecture advice and ensure the implementation of information and IT security requirements in business projects

Develop and continuously review and adapt robust cybersecurity architectures and controls for on-premises and cloud IT systems in line with corporate and business IT strategy, considering the current and emerging threat landscape

Conduct technical security audits as well as perform security authorization reviews for new information systems

Develop and implement security policies and procedures

Your profile :

At least 3 years of experience in IT security and at least 5 years of experience in a variety of IT functions (e.g. IT help desk, client, server and / or network administration)

Detailed knowledge of client and network infrastructure, experience with security tools and technologies as well as good understanding of IT processes, IT controls and frameworks (ISO 27001 knowledge is required / ISAE 3402, ITAR, CMMC is beneficial)

Strong problem solving and analytical skills as well as being a team player

Ideally strong reporting skills (e.g. PowerBI) and PenTesting skills are beneficial

Fluent in English

In Austria we are legally obliged to state a minimum salary. This corresponds to the collective agreement for the IT industry (ST1) € 52.136,- / p.a. We determine the actual value in a joint discussion.
