Position Overview
We are looking for a results-oriented and experienced B2B Marketing Manager to join our team in Berlin. The main goals are to lead and optimise B2B performance campaigns, drive sustainable growth and increase lead income, and improve conversion rates through funnel optimisation and CRO strategies. If you have a strong background in performance marketing, LinkedIn & AdWords Marketing, B2B social media, and analytics, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and optimise B2B performance marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads (Google AdWords), and other relevant channels.
- Drive growth by increasing lead generation and optimising marketing funnels.
- Analyse campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and apply data-driven decisions for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage Google Tag Manager implementation and tracking for performance monitoring.
- Explore and manage affiliate B2B marketing partnerships.
- Lead and optimize B2B performance campaigns.
- Drive sustainable growth and increase lead income.
- Improve conversion rates through funnel optimization and CRO strategies.
