This pivotal role requires a high level of proficiency in both German and English to effectively strategize and communicate our mission. 👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Marketing Manager at Qonto, you will :

• Design and execute strategic marketing campaigns tailored to the German market, focusing on the B2B segment.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing , SEO, digital marketing, CRM, demand generation, sales and partnership teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
• Manage projects rigorously , ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results, while coordinating with both local and central teams for localization and alignment with global initiatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies as necessary to ensure continuous improvement and achievement of KPIs.

• Languages : You have a high level of proficiency in German and English (French, Spanish or Italian would be a plus).
• Experience : You have a proven track record in designing and executing successful marketing campaigns in the German market, preferably within the SaaS, fintech, or similar B2B business models.
• Project Management : Your project management skills are top-notch, enabling you to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
