You successfully implement creative and innovative bar concepts - always keeping an eye on the hotel's overall goals, brand standards and revenue targets. You know how to draw the right conclusions with the key figures and always have an eye on the costs in order to bring productivity and efficiency in line with each other. You lead the bar team professionally, train and develop them further You are involved in the recruiting of your team members and provide them with a professional induction and a motivating working atmosphere. You are a real team player with all hotel departments and the leadership team You are no stranger to social media and you regularly provide content for our marketing team You have at least 1 year of professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with team leadership, international experience is an advantage You are characterized by a modern management style and already have experience in leading and motivating employees You are hands-on and implement new trends with great creativity Your strong awareness of quality and your high standards are evident in everything you do You are a communication talent with good German and English skills You are an organizational talent and never lose track of things Your winning appearance, your can-do attitude and hands-on mentality are a natural part of your personality Your guest orientation and willingness to perform inspire your team to top performance.
