Tasks

Core Roles and Responsibilities :

Operational Oversight : Oversee the day-to-day operations of the cafe, beer, and cocktail bar, including operational readiness, staff management, inventory control, and customer service.

• Staff Management : Recruit, train, and supervise cafe and bar staff, ensuring high standards of performance, professionalism, and customer service.
• Financial Management : Monitor financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability, and implement strategies to maximise revenue and minimise costs.
• Inventory Management : Manage inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies, conducting regular stock checks and placing orders as necessary to maintain optimal levels.
• Customer Relations : Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Menu Development : Collaborate with management and staff to develop and update menu offerings, ensuring they align with customer preferences and market trends.
• Compliance : Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food handling guidelines, and alcohol service laws, maintaining a safe and legal environment for patrons and staff.
• Marketing and Promotion : Contribute to marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and increase sales.
• Quality Control : Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in food and beverage preparation, presentation, and service.
