  • Sistemazione e allestimento del bar, della sala e delle vetrine di pasticceria dolce e salata;
  • Preparazione di bevande alcoliche, analcoliche e di caffetteria;
  • Monitoraggio della soddisfazione dei clienti e disponibilità verso qualsiasi richiesta aggiuntiva;
  • Monitoraggio del corretto stoccaggio delle materie prime in conformità alle norme HACCP e conservazione degli alimenti;
  • Programmazione e controllo delle scorte di derrate e relativo riordino in funzione dei consumi prevedibili necessari alla linea;
  • Racconto delle offerte e delle iniziative presenti sul punto vendita;
  • Attività di pulizia, sbarazzo e messa in ordine della sala.
  • Arranging and setting up the bar, the lounge and the sweet and savoury pastry display cases;
  • Preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and cafeteria;
  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and being available for any additional requests;
  • Monitoring the correct storage of raw materials in accordance with HACCP standards and food preservation;
  • Scheduling and control of food stocks and their reordering according to the foreseeable consumption required by the line;
  • Telling of offers and initiatives at the point of sale;
  • Cleaning, uncluttering and tidying up the room.

COMPETENZE / REQUISITI :

  • Esperienza pregressa di almeno 6 mesi all’interno di caffetterie o ristoranti;
  • Precisione, velocità e attenzione nell’elaborazione delle bevande;
  • Predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico e buone capacità di problem solving;
  • Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità a lavorare su turni / nel weekend.
