Choose the best place for your work  – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities :

• You will support the development and implementation of global processes related to people and talent management with the support of data, reporting, analysis and robotic process automation.
• You will create together with us reports and dashboards on various business intelligence tools / platforms (e.g. MS Excel, Power BI, Qlik Sense etc.) and work with us to pave the way to increasingly impactful data analytics to steer HR processes and decision making.
• You will be able to assume responsibility for your own work products and contribute to project teams developing leading HR and technology solutions
• You receive personal mentoring as part of your working student activities for continuous personal development
