Your mission You will help shape our data-driven organization, by being the interface between the data team and our performance teams Rapidly construct, and iterate on dashboards and other visualization tools Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to communicate your data insights and contributions (in written, verbal and presentation form) Creatively analyze data to generate insights that support business decisions and identify new opportunities Your profile You have 3-5 years experience as a Data or BI Analyst in fast-paced and dynamic environments You have at least a Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative subject with a proven track record in data - e.g. computer science, physics, mathematics, engineering Proven track to transform large amounts of complex data into insights by leading the end-to-end creation of intuitive data products Expert in querying and manipulating data sets using SQL and Python and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker (or similar tools) Comfort with ambiguity and translating abstract business questions into actionable insights and high impact data products Experience in business units such as Commercial / Sales or Retail / Warehousing is a plus You are a self-starter who thrives under a high level of autonomy You are a team player and focus on bringing the best out of your team Excellent English communication skills Why us?
