A job that matters : your tasks
- Develop and implement innovative marketing initiatives based on dormakaba’s global employer branding strategy to increase our employer brand awareness, ensure a positive and consistent employer brand image across various channels, and attract top talent to the organization
- Create engaging content, including employer brand stories, videos, and other multimedia, to showcase the company culture
- Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to create compelling promotional materials
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to amplify dormakaba’s presence and engage with potential candidates
- Build relationships with external partners, such as universities and industry associations, to strengthen the employer brand
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with HR goals and objectives
- Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor practices, and candidate expectations and to optimize recruitment marketing efforts
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in recruitment marketing
