Tasks Act as a proactive point of contact for management regarding business and financial topics and key performance indicators. Contribute to annual business planning and rolling forecasts for all group companies. Independently prepare reports, including variance analyses and recommendations for action, for various internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Share responsibility for maintaining and enhancing the internal reporting system. Participate in the further development of internal processes, controlling tools, and reporting systems. Profile Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling / Finance and several years of relevant professional experience in controlling within a medium-sized company (preferably in retail / mail order). Solid expertise in corporate planning processes. Proficiency in using MS Office applications, including VBA, as well as experience with ERP / BI systems (preferably MS Dynamics, Power BI). Knowledge of IFRS accounting standards. Strong written and spoken German and English skills. Enthusiasm for questioning and redesigning processes.
