Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and strategic Senior Brand Media Specialist to join the EU Marketing team. This role will be responsible for driving brand awareness and engagement for our brands through Online Branding campaigns.
The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of largescale brandbuilding campaigns across digital platforms. This role involves defining overall online branding strategy fostering best practice across regions as well as executing and analyzing campaigns.
Responsibilities :
Plan and execute Online Branding campaigns in EU : set strategy & objectives manage budgets run ad campaigns across all platforms (Youtube DV360 Meta TikTok Snapchat)
Collaborate with media partners : review crossregional and market specific media strategies & plans ensure optimal media execution and timely reportings
Use a testandlearn approach to refine strategies and identify the optimal campaign mix through data insights.
Drive crossregional collaboration across all Pandora markets : foster knowledge exchange and best practice sharing across all Pandora brands and regions (incl. APAC)
Optimize Content : Collaborate with C&P and local teams optimize creatives formats and targeting to engage the audience.
Analyze Performance : Monitor KPIs conduct A / B testing and optimize campaigns
Integrate upper and lower funnel campaigns to enhance brand relevance and maximize impact
Qualifications : Qualifications
4 7 years of experience in digital marketing (focus on Branding) preferably in ecommerce or a fastmoving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
Excellent project management skills with proven experience working in a crossfunctional organization previous experience working with media and / or creative agencies is a plus
Proven experience in media planning execution & optimization of digital campaigns (Youtube / DV360 Meta Tiktok Snapchat)
Strong understanding of Branding : online media channels (traditional ATL channels is a plus)
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess campaign performance identify trends and optimize for better results
Excellent communication (fluency in English) and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and external partners
Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail
Agile and adaptable to changing priorities and market conditions.
