We are looking for a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (m / f / d) - for the Plauen / Hof / Markdrewitz area from 01.11.2024 or as soon as possible

Your tasks

  • Successful discussion of a highly innovative diabetes care portfolio with a special focus on flash glucose monitoring for targeted sales maximization
  • Maintain existing customer relationships and acquire new customers for our products through routine customer visits according to targets (days in the field, visit frequency, etc.)
  • Prepare and support the launch of new products / technologies in the assigned territory
  • Support effective regional Key Opinion Leader (KOL) management
  • Development of measures (together with the line manager) to acquire and retain strategically important customers
  • Continuous market and competition monitoring
  • Implementation of product training events in the territory
  • Daily reporting via the CRM system as well as timely and accurate execution of all administrative tasks according to the specifications of the division or supervisor (team conference calls, e-mail communication, etc.)
  • Your profile

  • Completed studies in a business or scientific discipline or a comparable qualification
  • Alternatively , further training as a certified pharmaceutical sales representative (IHK)
  • Several years of demonstrably successful experience as a sales representative in the pharmaceutical sales force
  • Knowledge of the diabetes industry and local market conditions is desirable
  • High sales competence as well as communication and negotiation skills
  • Flexibility and strong active listening skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
