We are currently looking for a Financial Business Partner (m / f / d) to actively support our Finance team in Flensburg!

This is how You Make a Difference

As Financial Business Partner (m / f / d) you will support our Finance team in keeping the finances of the entire r2p Group transparent. Your tasks will include :

  • Helping to ensure that the financial project controlling is conducted consistently throughout all business units as well as creating financial transparency for r2p's customer projects.
  • Supporting the financial management reporting in close cooperation with the CFO.
  • Providing monthly financial updates / sparring to the local Busines Unit managers including the analysis of relevant KPI's, critical projects and risk mitigation factors.
  • Supporting the budgeting process on a group basis and providing monthly forecast updates and follow ups.
  • Supporting the Management team in refinancing, M&A activities and a future exit process.
  • Various ad-hoc analyses, e.g. segment analysis
  • Helping to establish procedures for and execute follow-up (post-completion) on project profitability as well as financial support in connection with large customer proposals.

You are

  • a problem solver with critical thinking skills.

  • structured and you have excellent time management skills.
  • reliable and results-oriented.

    • What you Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor of Economics or similar qualification, plus accounting qualification (tertiary or from professional association, e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA).
  • Strong English language skills (both in writing & verbally). Written and spoken German is an advantage.
  • First professional experiences in a project driven business environment.
  • Experience with Power BI and strong Excel skills are an advantage.
  • Experience with accounting software packages is an advantage.
