Your Role in a Nutshell
In this role you will break new ground by implementing new sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets whilst providing exceptional customer experience and excellence.
Your Key Responsibilities :
- Development and execution of new sales strategies : Create and implement innovative strategies for sales channels outside traditional specialist retailers, such as drugstores, hardware stores, or supermarkets
- Market analysis : Conduct market research to identify potential sales channels and new business opportunities
- Building and strengthening relationships : Establish, maintain, and develop strong partnerships with new sales partners and customers
- Negotiation and contract Management : Lead negotiations and finalize agreements with new sales partners.
- Cross-functional collaboration : Work closely with other departments such as Marketing, Product Management, and Customer Service to ensure the smooth introduction of new sales channels
- Market monitoring and competitor analysis : Keep track of market trends and analyze competitor activities
- Revenue and growth accountability : Take ownership of achieving revenue and growth targets for assigned sales channels.
- Sales performance analysis : Regularly review and analyze sales figures, prepare sales forecasts, and report results to management
