Tasks
Business Development Manager
Job Purpose
The BDM role covers all the key objectives and requirements of a BDM role to achieve individual and team targets for the year. The BDM reports into the Sales Manager collaborating closely to ensure that they hit sales targets and deliver results for the project they are working on where you will be sourcing potential new business avenues.
Excellent base salary plus OTE will take you to around 180000 euros

Requirements
- An enthusiasm for the world of media and content creation
- 2 years of previous sales experience (preferably with some in media / subscriptions)
- A proven track record of success in a BDM role across a variety of different projects and industry sectors
- Familiarity with selling to decision makers at csuite level
- The ability to research learn and understand industryspecific issues and have a highly organised approach to developing partnerships
- A strong interest in news and current affairs
- The ability to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment
- Highly proficient Microsoft Office Suite Google Suite and Linked In skills
- Fluency in English with exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence and adaptability
- Selfmotivation and ambition to succeed
