We are currently looking for a Financial Business Partner (m / f / d) to actively support our Finance team in Flensburg!
This is how You Make a Difference
As Financial Business Partner (m / f / d) you will support our Finance team in keeping the finances of the entire r2p Group transparent. Your tasks will include :
- Helping to ensure that the financial project controlling is conducted consistently throughout all business units as well as creating financial transparency for r2p's customer projects.
- Supporting the financial management reporting in close cooperation with the CFO.
- Providing monthly financial updates / sparring to the local Busines Unit managers including the analysis of relevant KPI's, critical projects and risk mitigation factors.
- Supporting the budgeting process on a group basis and providing monthly forecast updates and follow ups.
- Supporting the Management team in refinancing, M&A activities and a future exit process.
- Various ad-hoc analyses, e.g. segment analysis
- Helping to establish procedures for and execute follow-up (post-completion) on project profitability as well as financial support in connection with large customer proposals.
