Job Description

As a Financial Management Assistant , you will provide essential support to operational staff, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial reporting, budget management, and administrative processes. Your key responsibilities will include :

• Assisting operational staff with reporting and financial data analysis.
• Managing projected expense budgets.
• Preparing monthly activity statements for employees (internal and external) and ensuring consistency.
• Verifying and maintaining control over purchase receipts.
• Reviewing and calculating employee expense reports using the Concur tool.
• Handling customer billings.
• Creating new sales orders.
• Setting up and managing projects and sub-projects, including initial budget planning and updates.
• Generating Sales / Margin production files while ensuring cost consistency per project.
• Preparing of production meetings.
• Monitoring project progress through analysis, reporting, and control.
