We are seeking passionate Account Managers to focus on identifying and acquiring new customers, driving business growth, and expanding our market presence with our innovative software.
Your main responsibilities will be around proactively identifying potential customers, connecting with key decision-makers, and establishing strong and successful business relationships. You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions tailored to meet the needs of new clients.
Tasks
- Act as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to new customer acquisition
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the customer base
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients
- Present, promote, and sell our solutions to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with our partners to deliver the best solutions for new customers
- Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs
- Forecast and track key sales metrics, always keep the pipeline in the CRM tool up to date
- Communicate the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives clearly and transparently
- Stay updated on market trends, competition, and customer needs to drive innovative sales strategies
