Hauptaufgaben

Performs one or more of the following duties alone or as a member of a work crew :

Sweeps, vacuums, mops, scrubs and waxes floors, using lightweight-cleaning equipment, i.e., vacuum cleaner, wax machine, and polisher.

Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes lavatories, urinals and toilet bowls. Clean mirrors, sinks and water fountains.

Dusts the woodwork, replaces toilet tissues, towels and soap.

Notes condition of the facilities and reports to supervisor or leader, broken windows, water leaks, clogged drains, and other conditions requiring maintenance service.

Cleans facilities, storerooms, corridors, stairways and other assigned areas by sweeping, mopping, waxing and polishing floors. Uses mops, brushes, brooms, cloths, water, wax, soap and cleaning solutions.

Dust, wax, and polish office furniture, empties ashtrays and wastebaskets.

Washes walls, windows, blinds, and wall partitions that must be reached by climbing ladders or scaffolds.

In living quarters, makes beds and changes linens. Collects soiled linen and place same at pick-up point.

Receives and accounts for clean linen and delivers it where directed, using hand truck if necessary.

Cleans windows, walls, ceilings, venetian blinds, and room partitions. Removes stains from a variety of surfaces, such as rugs, drapes, walls, floors and fixtures by use of chemicals and cleaning solutions.

Maintains a stock of cleaning materials and equipment to do the work. Informs supervisor, or leader, when cleaning materials, equipment, linens and other items usually supplied in living quarters are needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifikationsanforderungen

H1-3566-01 :

E&T Level I : No experience required. / Keine Berufserfahrung erforderlich

Exception : Applicants, who do not meet E&T Level I must have 1 year of experience in accommodation, catering or service facilities, in an office or store, telephone marketing, arranging for events or as a cashier, etc.

Ausnahme : Bewerber / innen, die nicht den E&T Level I haben, benötigen 1 Jahr Erfahrung in Beherbergungs- Gaststätten- oder Servicebetrieben, in einem Bürobetrieb, in einem Geschäft, Telefon- oder Organisationsarbeit oder in Kassierertätigkeit, usw.

LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY LEVEL :

Englischlevel A1 erforderlich. / English Language Proficiency level A1 required.
