The Product Marketing Manager (f / m / d) is a pivotal role within the Evident Global Product Management & Marketing (PMM) organization. This role is responsible for driving product marketing efforts, developing and executing winning go-to-market strategies, generating customer demand, ensuring product vitality, and achieving sales growth for the assigned business line, with a specific focus on material science microscopes. The Product Marketing Manager will closely collaborate with the Sales Team, Regional Marketing, and Global Product Management teams. Tasks Market Intelligence : Collect and report enhanced market intelligence within the assigned region, including Voice of Customer (VoC), Voice of Sales (VoS), win / loss analysis, industry trends, market share, and competitor activities. Maintain and share this data regularly with the Global PMM team to guide marketing campaigns, product development priorities, and product roadmaps. Go-to-Market Strategy : Coordinate and align go-to-market plans and initiatives with the Director, Global Product Marketing, and other regional Product Marketing Managers. Share success stories and best practices across regions to scale synergies globally. Product Roadmaps : Contribute to the development and maintenance of product roadmaps for assigned product lines, particularly material science microscopes. Collaborate with regional sales leadership to understand market conditions, trends, customer needs, and competitive intelligence. Strategic Relationships : Build and maintain relationships with strategic key accounts and opinion leaders to drive market acceptance and support product development efforts. Marketing Campaigns : Actively participate in the global and regional marketing campaign strategy and tactical process, including goal setting, planning, content creation, execution, and KPI tracking. Ensure alignment and execution of marketing campaigns to drive customer demand and sales growth. Market Segmentation : Define key market and customer segments for assigned product lines. Identify new market opportunities for business expansion and communicate the value proposition and messaging for existing and future products. Performance Monitoring : Monitor and optimize product performance to achieve business objectives. Analyze actual performance against KPIs to identify areas for improvement and drive regional solutions to achieve business goals. Reporting : Provide timely and comprehensive reports on regional Product Marketing team activities, KPIs, problem-solving processes, and PDCA action plan improvement initiatives. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Marketing, or Sales within the industrial market, with a focus on material science microscopes. Background in B2B product marketing or experience with a company that sells devices connected to measuring. Proactive, results-driven, and strong willingness to take initiative. Excellent understanding of targeted markets, customer segments, and customer needs for the assigned business line within the assigned region. Skilled in working with cross-functional teams. Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English, with strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment. Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and driving marketing campaigns. Experience with product line strategy development and execution. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 tools, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint. Ability to travel within the region and internationally up to 40%.
