We are looking for a talented Campaign Manager ⭐️

🇩🇪 German Speaking is Mandatory for this position 🇩🇪

As a Campaign Manager at SongPush, you will oversee and execute creator marketing campaigns from conception to completion. This includes the onboarding of advertisers, account management, briefing conceptualization, campaign setup assistance, reporting, gathering customer feedback to ensure the best possible campaign outcomes.

Tasks

1. Customer Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing and new advertisers and their campaigns
  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with (key) accounts to drive client satisfaction and retention
  • Coordinate campaign deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all assets are delivered on time and to specification.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services in collaboration with sales

2. Campaign & Creative Operations

  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of creator campaigns, from initial setup over feasibility checks and optimizations to reporting
  • Lead the creative process for campaign ideation, including drafting & developing briefings & concepts
  • Provide guidance and translate feedback to creators (in collaboration with Creator team) to refine and enhance campaign content
  • Constantly Optimize campaigns based on performance data to maximize results and ROI.

    • 3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor & analyze campaign performance data to generate insights and recommendations
  • Prepare detailed reports for clients, highlighting key metrics and results
  • Use data to plan future campaign strategies and improve overall performance

    • Requirements

    Required Job Experiences / Background

  • Campaign Management Experience : Proven experience in managing marketing or creator marketing campaigns, preferably within a digital or creator / influencer marketing environment (Strictly Required)
  • Social Media Expertise : Verydeep understanding of Social Media (especially TikTok) and current trends, the creator / influencer economy, as well as the key challenges, developments and opportunities (Strictly Required)
  • Creative Development : Experience in creative ideation and developing campaign concepts and briefings for TikTok & Instagram. You understand how TikTok and other social media channels work and are always on track about the hottest trends on social media. Plus you are experienced with video creation using the social media platform's tools such as filters, sounds, CapCut templates etc. (Required) - deeper knowledge about Youtube, Twitch, Snap is preferred but not a hard requirement
  • Client Relationship Management : Strong background in customer management and key account management. Exceptional communication and project management skills (Required)
  • Data-Driven : Proficiency in monitoring and optimizing campaigns using data and analytics tools (Required)
  • Enthusiasm for tech products / platforms : Become an expert in using our platform and collaborate with our product team to further improve it according to learnings (Required)
  • Organizational Skills / Operational Excellence : Highly organized with the ability to manage a high amount campaigns simultaneously (Required)
  • Expertise with CRM & Sales Software : Competence executing processes & workflow in CRM tools (Preferred)

    • Soft Skills

  • Excellent Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in German & English (Required)
  • Strategic Thinking : Ability to develop and execute strategic plans for key accounts and the campaigns department while learning from the market’s constant developing needs. Gathering feedback through customers actions as well as feedback mechanisms, e.g. forms. (Required)
  • Problem-Solving : Skilled in identifying issues and implementing effective solutions (Required)
  • Multitasking : Manages multiple campaigns, deadlines, and partners at once.
  • Proactive Mindset : Takes initiative, improves processes, and solves problems independently.
  • Persuasiveness : Confident in pitching ideas and influencing decisions.
