We’re now looking for a talented and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager- Netherlands to spearhead our expansion efforts and establish a strong footprint across Europe. Tasks YOUR TASKS : Influencer Acquisition & Partnerships : Identify, recruit, and onboard influencers who resonate with our brand identity. Negotiate contracts to establish successful, mutually rewarding collaborations. Campaign Development & Execution : Design and implement compelling influencer marketing strategies, taking full ownership of campaign planning, execution, and performance. Trend Monitoring & Insights : Stay ahead of market trends and emerging developments, analyzing their relevance and leveraging insights to enhance campaign effectiveness. Influencer Relationship Management : Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers by organizing engaging events, including photoshoots and video productions, to create impactful content for social media. Cross-Team Collaboration : Partner closely with the Netherlands Country team and the broader Influencer Marketing team to ensure influencer initiatives align with brand objectives and local market priorities. Requirements WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED : Influencer Marketing Expertise : 2+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, including setting up and managing influencer channels. Social Media Expertise : Strong knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and tools to manage influencer relationships, track performance, and optimize campaigns. Analytical Mindset : Ability to analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and optimize influencer strategies to drive results. Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational and project management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns and influencer relationships simultaneously. ️ Fluent in Dutch & English : Proficient in both Dutch and English (spoken and written), with a focus on localizing campaigns and communicating effectively with influencers and internal teams. ✨ Bonus : Experience with D2C FMCG / consumer goods brands is a plus!
