Your mission is to expand and strengthen Uber Eats'presence by partnering with the best restaurants in Munich andacross Bavaria. In this role, you'll use your sales expertise,negotiation skills, and business development mindset to sign toprestaurant partners and help them grow their business with UberEats. You'll own your territory, build strong relationships, andcontribute to Uber Eats' success in the region. What You’ll Do ✓ Drive restaurant partnerships – Own theend-to-end sales process, from prospecting to closing deals withrestaurant partners. ✓ Build your territory – Research and identifythe best restaurant partners in Munich and Bavaria, ensuring UberEats partners with top local spots. ✓ Negotiate and close deals –Manage contract negotiations, establishing mutually beneficialrelationships that drive sustainable growth. ✓ Onboard newrestaurant partners – Work closely with restaurant owners to ensurea seamless transition onto the Uber Eats platform. ✓ Sell the UberEats vision – Educate partners on how Uber Eats can help grow theirbusiness, introducing them to new features and opportunities. ✓Secure exclusive partnerships – Sign top-tier restaurant partnerswith exclusive agreements, strengthening Uber Eats' marketposition. What You’ll Need ✓ 2+ years of sales experience in afast-paced, target-driven environment. ✓ Strong negotiation andrelationship-building skills – You know how to create and closedeals. ✓ A go-getter attitude – You are self-motivated, thrive onchallenges, and take ownership of your goals. ✓ Excellentcommunication skills – Confident and persuasive over the phone andin person. ✓ Fluency in German and English is required. ✓Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus. ✓Familiarity with the restaurant industry is a plus but notrequired. ✓ Valid driver’s license (Class B) is preferred.
