Tasks Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to closing deals and maintaining ongoing client relationships, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience throughout. Traveling to potential clients and conferences around the world, focusing on Lead Generation. You identify potential customers through inbound leads, referrals and cold outbounds. You qualify new customers independently and proactively by identifying ideal large enterprises and Follower Accounts, approaching decision-makers and developing strategies to win them as customers You prepare offers, contracts, negotiations and closings independently You collaborate with our CS and Key Account Manager to develop and execute conversion and license renewal strategies, driving scalable growth within existing accounts while maintaining a strong focus on customer centricity. You develop B2B SaaS sales standards; from offers, contracts processes over trainings to Salesforce usage as SSOT You identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales You identify and implement strategies to increase lead generation You identify relevant partners that help us to grow and give us the chance to piggy-back on their experience and network You communicate learnings from customer and partner interactions to our product team and are thus a decisive factor in the further development of repath´s SaaS solution You are constantly looking for improvement and growth potential related to our go-to-market-, Pricing-, Lead Gen-, and Marketing Strategy Requirements You bring 3+ years of professional experience in sales and business development within B2B SaaS, ideally in an Account Executive or similar role, managing the full sales cycle. Industry expertise energy / mobility You preferably have experience within start-ups or building sales standards and processes from scratch within a B2B SaaS environment You enjoy dealing with customers and distinguish yourself through excellent communication skills and assertiveness You have a driven hunter mentality - competitive, goal-oriented and high-energy You listen and understand specific customer needs, ask the right questions, and can develop the best approach to meet their requirements. You are creative and use your initiatives to develop our customer base. You use all avenues of lead generation and are hungry to convert them. You are not hesitant to cold call, record a LinkedIn message or a loom video, and reach out to people at conferences. You do what it takes to get people’s attention” You are self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership. You understand that growth businesses are unpredictable environments and are comfortable with a degree of change. You are a strong communicator. English is the spoken company language. If you speak other languages too, thats great!
