Are you looking for an opportunity to represent a globally recognised fitness equipment manufacturer?
Do you have a background in building long-term customer relationships and driving regional sales growth?
I am currently representing a well-known name in the fitness industry that has been selling gym equipment for over 50 years. They are looking to expand across Europe and are looking for a new Key Account Manager to cover one of their regions in Bayern / Bavaria to work within a very lucrative market. They are a great company, with the average person staying for 15-20 years!
In this role, you will be working remotely, travelling around your region to build relationships with potential customers such as hotels, and local gyms to sell equipment to. There are a lot of established accounts as well, that you will be maintaining relationships with.
You will have the opportunity to progress into more senior positions on a performance-based progression structure with the chance to move into leadership in the future!
The successful candidate will have Customer facing, Business Development experience, they will be personable and bring strong communication skills in both English and German. They will benefit from training from their Direct Sales leader from Germany who will travel to assist you in the beginning!

The Role :
- You will be working in your own region, managing your own B2B accounts
- Identify untapped businesses within your region to drive regional growth
- Building and maintaining relationships with Companies for the long term
- In person, field based business development to companies such as gyms and hotels
The Candidate :
