Deputy Manager - QA

Nexa Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager - Quality Assurance (QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our automotive products and processes, driving continuous improvement and compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QA team to ensure adherence to quality standards and protocols.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and supply chain to resolve quality issues.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective / preventive actions for quality deviations.
• Support new product development by establishing quality benchmarks and validation processes.
• Ensure documentation and reporting of quality activities are accurate and timely.
• Train and mentor QA staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
