At our site in Böblingen you will find both as Process Engineer - Supply Chain (m / f / d)Your ResponsibilitiesIn light of our global strategy of efficiency and operational excellence, you will shape supply chain processes that scale to our growing V93000 business and their needs.You manage the end-to-end process re-engineering / improvement activities that will achieve a measurable change, in alignment with global teams, processes and standardsYou coordinate with process, data owners, Corporate IT and external partners to clearly define requirements and ensure that the processes are adopted and measuredYou are the coach and mentor for junior process engineers while managing end to end process engineering and improvement activities.You act as a process consultant to partner effectively with business users to achieve desired outcomes, design appropriate solutions and provide insights with best practices from other organizations.You support the required process changes and support the business users on their adoption journey by advocating process ownership, train business users on process management and drive continuous improvement.Your QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or comparableExperience working as part of project team on process transformations in Operations and Supply Chain ManagementSolid experience with process design, analysis and documentationGood communication and collaboration skills in a global environmentVery good knowledge of English, written and spoken.
