Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

• Durchführung von Produktionskampagnen im 1.000 L, 2.000 L und 3000 L-Maßstab in unseren Single-Use und Edelstahl-Bioreaktoranlagen zur Herstellung von rekombinanten Proteinen unter GMP-Bedingungen
• Sicherstellung der reibungslosen Produktion durch Reinigung, Materialvorbereitung und Rüsten unserer Prozessanlagen - wie z.B. Bioreaktoren, Filtrationssysteme und Zentrifugen
• Als wichtiger Teil des Produktionsteams bedienen Sie unsere Prozessanlagen, führen Inprozesskontrollen durch und überwachen Prozessdaten
• GMP-gerechte Dokumentation gemäß Herstellvorschriften
• Erstellung diverse GMP-Dokumente (z.B. SOPs)
• Unterstützung bei internen Projekten sowie Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen (z.B. Wartungstätigkeiten)
