Lead Data Scientist

Baden-Württemberg, Germany (3+ days onsite weekly)

IC Resources is seeking a Lead Data Scientist to join our client’s dynamic team in Baden-Württemberg. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced AI professional to drive cutting-edge data science initiatives, leading a high-performing team and working with petabytes of high-frequency sensor data. If you're passionate about pushing the boundaries of AI and machine learning, this role offers a unique chance to make a real impact in a fast-growing, technology-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities :

Provide technical leadership, strengthening and expanding the Data Science Team.
Lead the development and market launch of innovative, high-impact AI products.
Define and implement Deep Learning architectures to create synergies across data science projects.
Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics, bringing innovative ideas to the team.

Essential Experience :

Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field (PhD is a plus).

7+ years of experience in Data Science, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

Deep understanding of SOTA Deep Learning architectures and their application to complex sensor data.

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.

Hands-on experience across all phases of the MLOps lifecycle.

Fluent English, and conversational German

What’s On Offer?

70-90k base
