Tasks What You’ll Do Multiply the CEO’s Impact : From managing high-priority meetings to preparing presentations that communicate Dunia’s mission and progress, you’ll keep the CEO focused on what matters most while taking care of what needs to get done. Drive Projects from Start to Finish : Own special initiatives across product, finance, hiring, and planning, ensuring each project moves smoothly from idea to execution. Keep the Team Aligned : Act as a bridge across departments, bringing feedback to the CEO and ensuring clarity so teams stay in sync and work together toward shared goals. Turn Strategy into Action : Help translate big-picture goals into clear, practical steps, supporting KPI tracking to make sure we’re delivering on our vision. Shape Dunia’s Story : Assist in creating materials for board meetings, investor updates, and grant / award applications that highlight our journey and amplify our progress. Requirements Who You Are Service-Oriented and Hands-On : You’re driven by making things happen, supporting the CEO and team on a variety of tasks, big and small, with commitment and pride. Operationally Skilled : You know how to bring structure to evolving projects while adapting to change with enthusiasm and focus. Emotionally Mature and Reliable : With sound judgment and high integrity, you approach challenges with a steady hand, knowing how to keep things moving and stay grounded. Your Background 3-7 years of experience in fast-moving environments where execution and support were essential to success. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects, from daily operations to broader company initiatives. Skilled in PowerPoint and Excel, with an eye for detail to create polished, professional materials and distill sensitive information. Operational experience in venture-backed startups is a huge plus. Nice to Have : Background or prior experience in climate tech, clean energy, or materials science.
