As working student in the ESG Analysis and Reporting team you will support driving Instagrids ESG and Impact strategy. Furthermore you will support in implement sustainability measure within company process, collect data to make the impact measurable and communicate to internal and external stakeholders.

In this integrated role, your key responsibilities will be to :

Analyze international regulation on ESG Reporting, conduct gap-analysis and derive recommended actions for Instagrid

Support Instagrid annual Impact Report according to international standards

Support Instagrid ESG Data collection process across the company

Respond to third-party surveys related to ESG reporting

Coordinate Instagrids B-Corp certification

Support in expanding Instagrid ESG & Sustainability Strategy and partner cross-functionally to build sustainability metrics into operational planning

Excellent writing and communication skills in German and English

Understand and summarize international reporting standards or regulations

Evaluate relevance of reporting standards and regulations for Instagrid and derive recommended actions

Pragmatic approach and ability to break down complex topics / make them understandable for other stakeholders

Ability to work in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs

Hands-on mentality and independent approach to complex tasks

Process-oriented and structured way of working

Identifying potential challenges, and proactively search solutions
