Some of the things you will be doing :

  • Taking full ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Develop a winning Sales strategy by building and maintaining a strong pipeline of leads focusing on highpotential prospects in your vertical
  • Hunting for new Sales opportunities by engaging in sales calls and networking to set up meetings and generate new business opportunities
  • Understanding the clients needs and showcasing solutions presenting and pitching Zastrpay to clients professionally and persuasively and closing deals efficiently
  • Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to align product offerings with client needs
  • Coordinate the onboarding process of new clients by ensuring timely golive dates and successful market launches

Qualifications :

You will be a great fit if :

  • University Degree. You have a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related study
  • Experience. You have more than 5 years of working experience as a Sales Manager or Business Development Manager
  • Industry. Preferably you have experience in the FinTech or Entertainment area
  • Language.  Fluent English & German language is essential
  • Collaboration. Strong client relationship management skills
